The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters previously announced strengthened eradication measures this year with the goal of reducing the '3 major serious misconducts' by 10%.
As one of the initiatives, the Gyeonggi Fire Headquarters has all 42 teams participate by filming and producing 5 to 10-second videos expressing their determination to eradicate serious misconduct, which are then posted on the headquarters' YouTube channel Shorts.
The pledge challenge is conducted in a relay format where each team films their video and then recommends the next team.
The pledge challenge, which started on the 1st, has had 4 teams participate as of today. It will continue for one month until the 3rd of next month. Each team posts unique pledge videos, either shouting together "Power abuse out, drunk driving out, sexual misconduct out!" or creatively reenacting the message.
