Lotte Chilsung Selects Sunmi as Model for 'Cloud Calorie Light'
On the 6th, Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced that it has selected singer Sunmi as the new model for ‘Cloud Calorie Light’ and will unveil a new advertisement in mid-February.
The ‘Cloud Calorie Light’ advertisement featuring singer Sunmi emphasizes the characteristics of a low-calorie zero-sugar beer with a twist, under the concept of ‘mutang (無糖),’ meaning sugar-free.
Cloud Calorie Light is a low-calorie zero-sugar beer launched in June last year, reflecting the ‘healthy pleasure’ trend and consumer demand for zero sugar. It contains 99 kcal, which is 60% lower than the existing Cloud Original 500mL, and is made with all malt to preserve the rich flavor unique to beer. The alcohol content is 3%, which is 2% lower than the existing Cloud Original (5%).
