Rescue authorities confirmed one missing crew member near the bedroom inside the cabin during an underwater search of Cheongboho.
During the underwater search, a civilian diver succeeded in entering the Cheongboho cabin and found the deceased missing person inside the cabin early that morning.
Cheongboho began flooding and capsized at around 11:19 p.m. on the 4th, with 3 of the 12 crew members rescued and 9 missing.
