The bereaved families and citizens marched to Sejong-daero, the site of the memorial rally, in the afternoon and unexpectedly set up a memorial altar tent at Seoul Plaza, leading to confrontation and clashes with the police.
Accordingly, the city suspended operations from the 5th session to ensure the safety of citizens using the skating rink. Online reservations were all canceled, and the minimum amount will be refunded within 2 to 3 days.
