As of 7 a.m. on that day, temperatures are Seoul -3.3°C, Incheon -1.9°C, Suwon -5.8°C, Chuncheon -8.4°C, Gangneung -0.3°C, Cheongju -4.5°C, Daejeon -6.4°C, Jeonju -2.0°C, Gwangju -3.7°C, Jeju 1.3°C, Daegu -5.8°C, Busan 0.3°C, Ulsan -2.1°C, Changwon -3.5°C, etc.
The daytime high temperature is forecasted to be between 3 and 12 degrees Celsius, with Seoul expected to reach a high of 7 degrees Celsius.
In northern Gyeonggi and inland/mountain areas of Gangwon, rain or snow will fall in some places from the afternoon. Expected precipitation is less than 5 mm, and expected snowfall is less than 0.1 cm in northern Gyeonggi and 1 to 3 cm in inland/mountain areas of Gangwon.
Seoul, southern inland Gyeonggi, and the east coast of Gangwon will also see rain under 0.1 mm from late afternoon to nighttime.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide. However, the Seoul metropolitan area and Chungnam are expected to temporarily reach 'Bad' levels at night.
Roads will be slippery in many places, so caution is advised for traffic safety.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea nearshore.
