Befe, Korea's Largest 'Baby Fair' Held
Befe announced on the 30th that it will hold the "43rd Befe Baby Fair," Korea's representative pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare exhibition, from the 9th to the 12th of next month at the entire COEX A/B Hall in Seoul.
The baby fair hosted by Befe is Asia's first and Korea's largest exhibition of baby products. About 350 brands from 180 domestic and international companies related to pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and education will gather in one place.
This year's exhibition is planned with the theme of "Befe Childcare Land." In the event hall of the exhibition center, a childcare experience theme park will be operated where visitors can enjoy 17 different experiential contents such as childcare experience classes, childcare talk concerts, childcare product making workshops, safety education experience classes, and baby room showroom auctions. In addition, a '5-Sense Childcare Special Zone' is set up to allow visitors to experience the fascinating world of childcare products, attracting attention.
Other zones such as the 'Education & Toy Zone,' 'Eco-friendly & Organic Zone,' 'Healthcare Zone,' and 'Gourmet Food Zone' will also be operated.
Korea's first baby product awards event, the Befe Innovation Awards, will also be held. Products exhibited at the fair will be evaluated and awarded in six categories: safety & outing products, furniture & appliances, clothing & fabric, food & nursing products, maternity products, and education & media, based on innovation, safety, design, marketability, convenience, and sustainability. The product evaluation will be conducted by a panel of baby industry experts and consumer evaluators in a 6:4 ratio.
