Jeju Air "Expanding Seoul Station City Airport Terminal Service"
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Jeju Air announced on the 26th that it will expand the operation of the ‘Seoul Station City Airport Terminal Check-in Service,’ which allows passengers to quickly depart through a dedicated passage for City Airport Terminal users at the airport.
The Seoul Station City Airport Terminal Check-in Service is available to all passengers who have booked Jeju Air flights departing from Incheon to Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
After completing check-in at Gates 8 and 9 of the City Airport Terminal located on the B2 floor of Seoul Station, and finishing departure procedures at the Ministry of Justice Immigration Office, passengers do not need to carry heavy luggage to the airport. It is convenient to travel to the airport via the airport railroad connected to the terminal. Upon arrival at Incheon International Airport, passengers can quickly depart through a dedicated passage for City Airport Terminal users.
Passengers should note the operating hours of the City Airport Terminal and the check-in time restrictions. The check-in service operates from 5:20 AM to 7:00 PM. The departure procedure service is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Check-in must be completed at least three hours before the scheduled departure of the booked flight, and passengers must purchase a direct train ticket to Incheon Airport. The service is not available for charter flight passengers, and on-site services such as checking in oversized luggage (over 155cm), transporting pets, and unaccompanied minor services are restricted.
Jeju Air was the first Korean LCC to start the Seoul Station City Airport Terminal Check-in Service in 2010 but temporarily suspended it due to the spread of COVID-19. The service resumed on November 1st last year.

A Jeju Air official said, “If passengers complete check-in in advance at the City Airport Terminal, they can enjoy a comfortable trip without standing in long lines at the airport,” adding, “This service is very convenient not only for tourists but also for business travelers.”
