If Unstarted Construction and Unsold Units Are Neglected... Safety Inspection of Ulsan Apartment Complex Projects
Ulsan City, 15-Day Joint Inspection with Districts and Counties
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan City has begun safety inspections on apartment housing projects that have not started construction or remain unsold.
On the 25th, Ulsan City announced that it will conduct safety inspections on project sites that have received approval for apartment housing projects but have either not started construction or have delayed the sales period despite beginning construction, due to the recent real estate market downturn.
This inspection was prepared to prevent resident inconveniences and safety accidents caused by apartment housing projects that have not started construction or remain unsold.
The joint inspection team, consisting of 16 members in 7 teams from Ulsan City and district/county offices, will inspect a total of 60 apartment housing project sites, including 40 sites where construction has not started and 20 unsold sites, over 15 days from the 25th to February 8th.
The main inspection items include ▲ the state of indoor and outdoor household waste cleanup at the project site ▲ safety risk factors around the site ▲ installation and maintenance status of temporary fences ▲ presence of security lights (for project sites near residential areas), among others.
