[Asia Economy Reporter Seomideum] Kyobo Bookstore announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 18th with SL Platform Co., Ltd., a comprehensive real estate service platform company, to provide book curation services and supply books.
SL Platform Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive real estate service platform company that provides specialized services such as real estate asset management and leasing operations, community facility and residential service operations, operation of residential lodging facilities, and consulting. Through its self-developed residential service platform, it offers customized residential services including entrusted operation of community facilities considering complex characteristics, breakfast, cleaning, car washing, and cultural lectures. Currently, it holds the operation rights for residential services for a cumulative total of approximately 64,000 households based on newly built complexes such as apartments, officetels, and residential lodging facilities.
A Kyobo Bookstore official stated, "In the future, both companies plan to provide a one-stop service from book recommendations tailored to the characteristics of residents to book delivery and placement through the latest automated logistics system in reading culture spaces including small libraries within apartment complexes," adding, "We will take the lead in providing differentiated reading culture space services by offering curation and space consulting so that residents can experience diverse and rich information."
