Search Not Only Own ETFs but Also Other Companies' ETFs
Implement Responsive Website to Enhance Customer Accessibility
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jaehee] Korea Investment Trust Management announced on the 17th that it has completely revamped its ETF website.
Through the new ETF website, Korea Investment Trust Management plans to provide customers with a variety of information related to ETFs.
The main feature of the revamped website is 'customer orientation.' It allows searching not only for its own ETFs but also for other companies' ETFs, enhancing convenience from the perspective of ETF investors.
In addition, it was created with a user-friendly interface and experience (UI·UX) to help customers find information more easily, and implemented as a responsive website to improve accessibility. Through this, customers can check customized information as well as pension-specialized information through a dedicated pension page.
Korea Investment Trust Management will also strengthen digital marketing in line with the website revamp. It plans to use the ETF website as a channel to produce and distribute online content related to ACE ETF.
To differentiate the website, it will also provide distinctive services such as sending market issue alerts and seminar services.
Kim Chanyoung, Head of Digital ETF Marketing Division at Korea Investment Trust Management, said, "Since last October, we have been exploring various measures to expand market share in the ETF market, including rebranding the ETF product name from KINDEX to ACE," adding, "Through this website revamp, we expect to widely promote our ETF management expertise and gain customer trust."
He added, "We will continue to pursue service improvements such as official website revamps to enhance customer convenience."
