Yeonggwang-gun to Recruit 'Small but Strong Farmers Agricultural Business Entities' Until the 17th of Next Month
[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kang Jongman) announced on the 11th that it is recruiting management entities targeted for fostering strong small-scale farmers in 2023 to strengthen the self-reliance capacity of farm management entities and increase income.
'Gangsonong' refers to agricultural management entities that practice management improvement through creative ideas and cooperation among management entities to overcome the limitations of small-scale agriculture.
This year's new recruitment number is around 20 people. Agricultural management entities wishing to participate must fill out the Gangsonong application form, standard diagnosis sheet, and management capacity diagnosis sheet, submit the application to the Agricultural Technology Center by the 17th of next month, and complete the basic education conducted next month to be finally selected as a Gangsonong management entity.
A representative of the Yeonggwang-gun Agricultural Technology Center said, "We are promoting education, management consulting, and autonomous group activities every year to overcome the limitations of small-scale farmers," and added, "We are continuously striving to focus on fostering Gangsonong."
The recruitment announcement and application form were posted on the county website, and for more details, inquiries can be made to the Returning Farmers Support Team at the Agricultural Technology Center.
