Gwangju University Capstone Design Competition Concludes... 20 Teams Awarded
Daesang Selected as Presentation Team for 'Shared Kickboard Management Module' Topic
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The LINC3.0 Capstone Design Competition hosted by Gwangju University (President Kim Dongjin) has successfully concluded.
According to Gwangju University on the 30th, 40 teams from 27 departments participated in this competition, engaging in fierce competition.
Gwangju University held a presentation event to share achievements by selecting and awarding a total of 20 teams, including the grand prize and excellence awards, through the exhibition and presentation of result panels and evaluations by internal and external judges.
The grand prize was awarded to the ‘Geureokehajo’ team from the Department of Computer Engineering, who presented on the topic of ‘Shared Kickboard Management Module.’ The project recognized issues such as the regulation under the Road Traffic Act prohibiting more than one rider and the lack of helmet use, and provided information in the form of an API to shared electric kickboard companies.
Student Bae Ryanghyun of the ‘Geureokehajo’ team said, “It was meaningful to implement ideas with team members through the LINC3.0 Capstone and achieve excellent results,” adding, “I hope many good programs supporting students will be created.”
