Hana Financial Group Restructures Organization into 'Three Vice Chairman System' with Park Seong-ho, Kang Seong-muk, and Lee Eun-hyung

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] Hana Financial Group has appointed Park Sung-ho, CEO of Hana Bank, and Kang Sung-mook, president-designate of Hana Securities, as new vice chairmen. Along with Vice Chairman Lee Eun-hyung, who has held the position since 2020, the group has reorganized into a 'three-vice chairman system.'

Vice Chairman Park Sung-ho will be responsible for pioneering new digital areas and discovering new growth opportunities. Under Vice Chairman Park are the Group Strategy Division (CSO) and Group Digital Division (CDO), as well as the newly established Group Future Growth Strategy Division (CGO).
Vice Chairman Lee Eun-hyung will oversee the Group Global Division (CGSO) and Group ESG Division (CESGO). The Group Brand Division (CBO) will also be newly established.
Vice Chairman Kang Sung-mook will be tasked with enhancing the core competencies of the financial business and providing management support to affiliates.
Hana Financial has newly established the Group Personal Finance Division, Group Asset Management Division, and Group CIB Division under Vice Chairman Kang. The Holding Company Synergy Strategy Team has also been assigned to strengthen the collaboration system among affiliates.
