Gwangju Bank Selected as an Excellent Company for Two Consecutive Years in Korea's Financial Consumer Protection Index

The Korea Management Association Consulting has been announcing the "Korea Financial Consumer Protection Index" since last year by measuring the perceived level of consumer protection systems and activities to improve the domestic industry's and companies' internal and external competitiveness.
This survey was conducted from mid-September to the end of October, distributing online questionnaires to about 17,000 residents of 17 cities and provinces nationwide, investigating the perceived quality of products and services directly experienced by consumers for 34 industries and 168 companies.
For the financial sector, the survey targeted 65 companies across 10 industries, and Gwangju Bank achieved the feat of being selected as an excellent company in the regional bank category for two consecutive years following last year.
