Hampyeong-gun Selected as an Excellent Institution for the 3rd Consecutive Year in the '2022 Public Resource Opening and Sharing Service'
Ministry of the Interior and Safety Evaluates 243 Local Governments Nationwide
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] On the 26th, Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that it has been selected as an excellent institution for three consecutive years in the '2022 Public Resource Opening and Sharing Service Performance Evaluation' hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
Since 2020, the Ministry of the Interior and Safety has been conducting performance evaluations annually targeting 243 local governments nationwide to discover and spread excellent cases that contributed to improving residents' convenience through the opening and sharing of public resources.
This year's evaluation was conducted in four areas: ▲ establishment of service management system ▲ service promotion performance ▲ service quality improvement ▲ promotion of excellent policies, and involved users of Gonggu Nuri, national evaluation groups, etc., to enhance the objectivity of the evaluation.
The county established the '2022 Public Resource Opening and Sharing Service Operation Plan' and significantly expanded user convenience services by additionally registering 68 public resources such as public facilities, goods, and resident autonomy programs on 'Gonggu Nuri'.
In particular, it is known that the use of Expo Park, a representative local public resource, to hold the Butterfly Grand Festival, the National Chrysanthemum Exhibition, etc., as well as the creation of night scenery and free exhibitions at the county art museum, were highly evaluated as excellent policy cases.
