Boseong County Sports Council, Candidate Lee Kwang-su Elected as the 3rd Elected President
We Will Strive to Enhance the Integrity and Capabilities of the Sports Council Through Financial Transparency
[Boseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Cheon-seok] On the 22nd, Jeonnam Boseong-gun announced that candidate Lee Kwang-soo was confirmed elected uncontested in the election for the 3rd Boseong-gun Sports Council President.
At 11 a.m. that day, Lee Kwang-soo received the certificate of election from Park Jong-hwa, chairman of the Boseong-gun Sports Council Election Management Committee. As the newly elected president, Lee Kwang-soo expressed his gratitude and stated that he would do his best to fulfill the pledges he made for the development of sports in Boseong-gun.
With this, Lee Kwang-soo, the elected president, will lead the Boseong-gun Sports Council for the next four years starting from the regular general meeting in January 2023.
Regarding his campaign promises, newly elected President Lee said, “I will lead the development of sports in Boseong-gun through active cooperation by communicating with sports organizations, administration, and the council externally. I will also do my best to create a sports culture that promotes regional economic revitalization through sports in cooperation with the Jeollanam-do Sports Council and the Education Office, as well as the health of the youth and residents.”
He added, “I will strengthen the soundness and capabilities of the Sports Council through transparency in the finances of the Boseong-gun Sports Council and strive to make it a trustworthy organization.”
Meanwhile, it is known that before taking office, Lee Kwang-soo plans to thoroughly understand the current status of sports in Boseong-gun to promote his campaign pledges.
