The morning low temperatures will range from -14 to 0 degrees Celsius, about 5 to 10 degrees lower than the previous day (-5 to 4 degrees). The daytime high temperatures are forecasted to be between -8 and 3 degrees Celsius.
While the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, snow will fall in the southwestern part of Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong and Jeolla regions, the western inland of Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island. Expected snowfall amounts are 10 to 25 cm for the west coast of Chungnam, Jeolla region, mountainous areas of Jeju Island, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; 5 to 15 cm for inland Chungnam, central and southern Chungbuk excluding mountainous areas, and Jeju Island; 3 to 10 cm for the western inland of Gyeongsang, eastern Jeonnam, southern coast of Namhae, and the five western islands (Seohae 5-do). Snow accumulation of 1 to 5 cm is also expected in southwestern Gyeonggi and northern Chungbuk. Roads covered with snow will freeze and become slippery, so extra caution is required when driving or walking.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 2.0 to 5.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 5.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
