Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, Youth Space Workshop on the 20th... "Building a Healthy Youth Ecosystem"
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation held the 'Youth Space Second Half Metropolitan Workshop' on the 20th at the Southern Office of the Women's Capacity Development Headquarters.
About 20 people, including center directors and managers who work as youth space operators in cities and counties within the province, attended the workshop.
Youth spaces provide various services reflecting the needs of local youth, such as employment and startup counseling, psychological counseling, and cultural events.
The first part of the workshop was conducted as education on emotional exhaustion prevention programs due to face-to-face service provision and coping methods for physical and mental stress. The second part consisted of presentations on excellent operation cases and a session to share opinions on concerns and solutions in the youth space field. Participants agreed on the shortage of youth space operators and the need for capacity building.
