BNK Busan Bank Holds 'Happy Finance and Career Camp' for Local Middle School Students

The "Happy Finance and Career Camp" is an educational donation-type social contribution project that supports career choices and economic knowledge improvement for local middle school students.
The participants are 36 middle school students interested in economics and finance, selected by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, and the program offers various activities reflecting the latest financial trends, such as bank clerk experience and stock and fund simulation investment competitions.
Busan Bank's Kwon Si-hyun, Head of the Financial Consumer Protection Department, said, "This camp was held to help improve financial knowledge and establish career perspectives among youth," adding, "We will continue to develop programs that allow young people, who will lead the future economy, to recognize the importance of finance and gain hands-on experience."
Busan Bank operates various educational programs, including financial education for vulnerable groups such as seniors and people with disabilities, BIFC financial lectures, financial and economic education for prospective professionals at specialized high schools, operation of the Financial History Museum, and nationwide live financial education using the "BNK Busan Bank Financial Class App."

Based on these efforts, the bank has won the "Education Mecenat Top" award for 14 consecutive years in the field of educational donation projects and has been selected as a "Certified Institution for Educational Donation Career Experience" by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
