Yuhan-Kimberly Selected as the Best Company for Image Value at the 2022 Korea Management Awards

[Asia Economy Reporter Kwak Min-jae] Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 7th that it has been selected as the Best Image Value Company in the '2022 Korea Management Awards' for the second consecutive year.
The Korea Management Awards are hosted by the Korea Management Association Consulting. Every year, companies trusted based on management innovation and performance are selected and awarded.
Yuhan-Kimberly was established in 1970 as a joint venture between Yuhan Corporation and Kimberly-Clark. It is recognized for establishing diapers, sanitary pads, and beauty tissues as essential daily necessities, leading the development of hygiene and health culture. Based on management innovation models such as ethical management, social contribution, environmental management, and smart work, it continues to maintain the number one market share in its major businesses.
Yuhan-Kimberly is driving transformation across its business under the vision "We act for life-health-earth environment." It also operates an ESG committee directly under the CEO.
Since 1984, through the 'Our Mountains Green and Greener Campaign,' it has planted and nurtured more than 55 million trees in national and public forests. A Yuhan-Kimberly official said, "Under the Environmental Management 3.0 goal of achieving more than 95% sales proportion of sustainable products by 2030, we continue to use sustainably certified forest pulp, supply large-capacity products that reduce packaging, use recycled plastics, and launch biodegradable products," adding, "We will continue to introduce innovative products."
