[This Week's IPO] December Second Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] In the second week of this month (December), Bionote will conduct a demand forecast targeting institutional investors. Jaram Technology is preparing for a general subscription.
◆Bionote= Established in 2003, Bionote started with the animal in vitro diagnostics business and has positioned itself as a global leading company through technological advancement and business diversification. From its early days, it focused on strengthening its unique antigen and antibody development and production capabilities, resulting in the establishment of a comprehensive portfolio in animal diagnostics and bio-content, laying the foundation for accelerated growth.
The total number of shares offered is 13 million, with a desired offering price band of 18,000 to 22,000 KRW, making the maximum offering size approximately 286 billion KRW. The demand forecast for institutions will be held on December 8-9, and the public subscription will take place on December 13-14. NH Investment & Securities and Korea Investment & Securities are jointly managing the listing.

The demand forecast for institutional investors was conducted on December 1-2, and the general subscription is scheduled for December 8-9. The underwriter is Shin Young Securities.
Jaram Technology, established in 2000, is a fabless non-memory semiconductor design specialist. It was the first in Korea to develop and commercialize a semiconductor for 5G communications (XGSPON SoC) and was the first in the world to develop and commercialize an integrated optical component PON stick, a core product necessary for 5G base station connections.
