Busan Office of Education Hosts Student Sports Club Aerobic Hip-Hop and National Hip-Hop Competition
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education will hold the ‘Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent’s Cup Student Sports Club Aerobic Hip-hop Competition & National Student Sports Club Hip-hop Competition’ at 10 a.m. on the 3rd at the Busanjin-gu Student Education and Culture Center, with 343 student athletes participating.
This competition is hosted by the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education and organized by the Korea Aerobic Hip-hop Association and the Busan Aerobic Hip-hop Association. It is held to promote students’ health and physical fitness through sports activities and to expand the aerobic hip-hop category in school sports clubs.
In this competition, 343 student athletes from 72 teams representing 57 elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide will showcase their skills honed under the sports spirit of fairness, cooperation, and challenge.
The competition is divided into the morning ‘Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent’s Cup Student Sports Club Aerobic Hip-hop Competition’ and the afternoon ‘National Student Sports Club Hip-hop Competition’.
In the morning competition, 50 students from 35 teams of 10 schools in the Busan area will participate, while in the afternoon competition, 293 students from 37 teams of 47 schools nationwide will participate.
Participating students freely form teams with students from other schools regardless of gender to compete in the competition.
