According to the agreement, Air Busan will collaborate with Dong-A University to develop job programs and conduct research activities aimed at cultivating aviation professionals.
Additionally, based on the accumulated know-how in developing educational programs, Air Busan plans to support practical training using its own training facilities to provide hands-on experience.
On the 30th, at Dong-A University's Bumin Campus, the Air Busan cabin crew team leader will directly conduct a lecture providing useful employment information such as ▲the role and duties of cabin crew ▲preparation process for cabin crew ▲interview know-how.
An Air Busan official stated, "We believe that cultivating many excellent aviation professionals in Busan, which is advancing as a gateway city, can prevent the outflow of local talent and weakening of regional competitiveness," adding, "As a regional airline, we will devote significant efforts to nurturing prospective aviation personnel with a strong sense of mission."
Air Busan has established industry-academia cooperation with nine universities in the Busan area, actively contributing to the development of local students' capabilities and strengthening their employment competitiveness.
