Jeju Air to Operate Flights from Muan to Bangkok and Osaka
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Dae-yeol] Jeju Air announced on the 28th that it will operate international routes departing from Muan International Airport as charter flights for tourism purposes from next month until March next year.
From the 1st of next month until March 15th next year, the Muan-Bangkok route will operate twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday). The Muan-Osaka route will operate three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday) from next month until March 25th, and the Muan-Da Nang route will operate twice a week (Thursday and Sunday). From January 3rd to March 3rd next year, the Muan-Nha Trang (Nha Trang) route will operate twice a week (Tuesday and Friday).

Jeju Air operated a total of 16 cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Taipei, Bangkok, Cebu, and Da Nang from Muan Airport in 2019, before COVID-19. The company stated that among the approximately 687,000 international travelers using Muan Airport that year, nearly 80% used Jeju Air.
