Korea and Turkmenistan established diplomatic relations in February 1992, marking the 30th anniversary this year.
The two ministers evaluated the steady development of bilateral relations in various fields such as politics, economy, and culture. In particular, Minister Park requested special attention to enable Korean companies to enter Turkmenistan's large-scale energy infrastructure sector.
