Chung-Ang University Medical Center Delivers 2,000kg of Kimjang Kimchi to Local Vulnerable Groups

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] Chung-Ang University Medical Center announced on the 23rd that it delivered 2,000 kg of kimchi to low-income vulnerable groups in the local community to mark the end of the year.
Hong Chang-kwon, Director of Chung-Ang University Medical Center, Song Jeong-su, Chairman of the Saesaengmyeong Sponsorship Association at Chung-Ang University Medical Center, and other hospital officials visited the Heukseok-dong Community Center in Dongjak-gu, Seoul, the day before to hold a 'Community Love Sharing' donation ceremony and delivered kimchi to 200 low-income vulnerable households in the Heukseok-dong area.
The delivered kimchi was prepared with funds from the Saesaengmyeong Sponsorship Association, which operates through voluntary donations from Chung-Ang University Medical Center staff, and this year marks the 13th year of continuing sharing events targeting low-income vulnerable groups such as elderly living alone in the community.
