[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] LX Semicon announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as a '2022 Work-Life Balance Practice Company' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The 'Work-Life Balance Practice Company' is a campaign continuously conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for seven consecutive years since 2017 to improve work culture. This year, 17 companies and institutions, including LX Semicon, were selected as Work-Life Balance Practice Companies.
LX Semicon was highly evaluated for supporting employees' work-life balance and establishing a flexible organizational culture through a flexible working hours system allowing free commuting, an average of 1.5 recommended vacation days per month, and sabbatical leave granted every five years after joining the company.
In addition, the company operates an on-site daycare center to reduce childcare burdens and help employees focus on work, and also runs a health care room and psychological counseling room to promote employees' health and relieve stress.
