‘Jibdawon Jibeuro’ is a housing renovation project promoted by the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to ensure children’s housing rights by providing environments that meet or exceed minimum housing standards. The ceremony celebrated the completion of renovations for eight households in the Dong-gu area of Busan.
As part of the ‘Visiting Social Contribution Project Near the Port,’ BPA sponsored desks, beds, wardrobes, and other items for four households selected for the ‘Jibdawon Jibeuro’ project.
Since 2021, Busan Port Authority has been collaborating with Dong-gu, Jung-gu, Yeongdo-gu, and Nam-gu districts of Busan to conduct social contribution projects tailored to local needs, such as remodeling children’s rooms, providing daily necessities, and improving housing environments through wallpapering and flooring.
