On the 15th, the KCTU Gyeongnam Headquarters held a press conference at the provincial government press center and delivered a list of demands containing 13 requests across two areas to Gyeongnam Province.
They argued, "For workers to lead stable lives, universal and diverse administrative services are necessary in their local communities, which are the foundation of their lives, and based on this, social solidarity that protects and respects labor must be established."
The Gyeongnam Headquarters, calling to "Make Gyeongnam a labor-respecting region and the number one place for universal labor administration," urged direct negotiations with the provincial government and labor-government negotiations as a social discussion body.
They then presented a list of demands focusing on ▲ generalization, universalization, and full implementation of labor administration ▲ establishment of social protection and solidarity for vulnerable workers ▲ joint response to labor-centered regional industrial innovation.
