Jangseong-gun Recruiting Participants for 'Local Resource-Linked Youth Startup Support Project'
[Jangseong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jo Hangyu] Jangseong-gun, Jeonnam announced on the 15th that it is recruiting participants for the 'Youth Startup Support Project Linked to Local Resources.'
The 'Youth Startup Support Project Linked to Local Resources' is a program that nurtures young entrepreneurs by utilizing local resources and supports young people to settle in the region.
Young entrepreneurs who are finally selected through document screening and interviews can receive support worth up to 70 million KRW for commercialization processes, startup education, mentoring, and follow-up support, with the support scale varying according to evaluation results.
Eligibility for application includes young people aged 19 to 39 who have an address in cities or provinces other than Jangseong, plan to start a business in the county, and existing entrepreneurs within 7 years of work experience who can change their business location to Jangseong.
Applications must be submitted online or via email to the Jeonnam Environmental Industry Promotion Agency by the end of this month, including a self-introduction and business plan.

A county official said, "We hope for active participation from young people who wish to start a business and settle in the region," and added, "We will continue to promote support projects that help youth independence."
