bhc Group Outback Steakhouse Unveils Season-Limited 'Tomahawk Masterpiece'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] bhc Group's Outback Steakhouse announced on the 15th that it will simultaneously launch the season-limited set menu, ‘Tomahawk Masterpiece,’ at all stores nationwide ahead of the year-end season.
The Tomahawk Masterpiece is a set menu for two, consisting of various dishes that can be enjoyed together with Outback’s signature menu item, the Tomahawk.
The main dish, Tomahawk steak, is served with a chef’s choice garnish as a season special, including Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, tangy cranberry sauce, sweet drops, and Maldon salt. Additionally, the set includes the sharing menu ‘Emmental Cheese Dip,’ where cheese is melted for dipping, the seafood soup ‘Seafood Papillote,’ the ‘Homemade Soup’ made with fresh ingredients, the refreshing and crisp ‘Special Sparkling,’ and ‘Coffee.’
The Tomahawk steak is a bone-in steak introduced in July 2017 to celebrate Outback’s 20th anniversary. It features three premium cuts?shrimp meat, rib meat, and flower sirloin?offering a distinctive taste. Its large size and the long bone shaped like a stone axe provide an overwhelming visual appeal, making it Outback’s signature menu item well-loved by customers.
The Seafood Papillote is a sharing menu steamed in Outback’s special premium cooking film, containing shrimp, green mussels, and various vegetables, preserving the original taste and aroma of the ingredients.
