[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yuseonghun) will hold an admissions briefing session for the 2023 academic year regular admissions on the 21st at 7 PM in the Geumcheon-gu Office auditorium.
At this briefing, Lee Youngdeok, director of Daesung Academic Development Research Institute, will be invited to provide support strategies for passing the regular college entrance exam.
The first part of the briefing will cover "Everything about the 2023 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) and Regular Admissions," including ▲ trends in CSAT questions and expected results ▲ the impact of subject-specific score trends on admissions outcomes ▲ changes and trends in regular admissions for preferred departments at major universities.
The second part will focus on "One-Point Strategies for 2023 Regular Admissions Success," featuring ▲ analysis of 2022 regular admissions success cases ▲ support strategies for regular admissions by groups A, B, and C ▲ one-point regular admissions support strategies for students in Geumcheon-gu.
Students and parents wishing to participate can apply on the Geumcheon Career and Academic Support Center website by 4 PM on November 21.
The first 200 pre-registrants will receive the "2023 Academic Year Regular Admissions Strategy Placement Data Book" on-site.
Yuseonghun, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, said, "I would like to encourage students and parents who have devoted themselves to preparing for the CSAT, and hope they gain the necessary information for college entrance preparation through this briefing," adding, "We will continue to provide customized support strategies centered on the Geumcheon Career and Academic Support Center."

Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Seongheon) will hold an admissions briefing and one-on-one customized consulting for local examinees preparing for the 2023 academic year regular college admissions.
First, the "Admissions Briefing" will be held on the 30th from 7 PM to 9 PM in the 6th-floor auditorium of Seodaemun-gu Office, accommodating up to 300 participants.
On this day, Woo Yeoncheol, director of the Jinhaksa Admissions Strategy Research Institute, will give a lecture covering ▲ characteristics and prospects of the 2023 regular admissions ▲ combining universities by groups A, B, and C according to scores, and will answer participants' questions during a Q&A session.
The "One-on-One Customized Consulting" will take place at the same location from December 10 to 12, the day after the CSAT score notification, from 9 AM to 8 PM for three days.
Admissions professional consultants will conduct individual 50-minute consultations for a total of 80 people, 20 to 30 people per day.
Examinees residing in Seodaemun-gu or attending schools in the area and their parents can apply for free on a first-come, first-served basis through the Seodaemun-gu Lifelong Learning Portal website.
Applicants for the admissions briefing will receive a free "2023 Academic Year Regular Admissions Preliminary Scoring Placement Table" on-site.
Lee Seongheon, Mayor of Seodaemun-gu, said, "I hope examinees who are struggling to decide on their major and university can achieve the best results without trial and error through this briefing and consulting."
