[This Week's IPO] November Third Week Demand Forecast and Subscription Schedule
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] In the third week of this month (November), Bioinfra and SAMG Entertainment will conduct demand forecasting for institutional investors. Inventage Lab and Femtron are preparing for general subscription.
◆Bioinfra= Established in 2007, Bioinfra is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in conducting research and development on behalf of developers during the pharmaceutical R&D phase. The company's main revenue sources include bioequivalence testing, Phase 1 clinical trials, and clinical/non-clinical specimen analysis.
The total number of shares offered is 1 million, with a desired public offering price band of 23,000 to 26,000 KRW per share, and the offering amount is approximately 23 billion to 26 billion KRW. Demand forecasting for institutional investors will be held over two days on the 16th and 17th, followed by general subscription on the 22nd and 23rd. The company plans to be listed on the KOSDAQ market within the year, with DB Financial Investment as the lead underwriter.
◆SAMG Entertainment= Founded in 2000, SAMG is a company with the largest experience in producing 3D animation domestically and owns the largest scale of proprietary IP library. It co-produced 'Ladybug,' which gained popularity in Europe and Latin America, and has consecutively hit with its own IPs such as the 'Mini Force,' 'Catch! Teenieping' series, and 'Super Dino.' Last year, it also introduced the digital idol 'Lulupop.'
The total number of shares offered is 1.75 million. The desired public offering price band is 21,600 to 26,700 KRW, with an expected offering amount of 37.8 billion to 46.7 billion KRW. SAMG will conduct demand forecasting over two days on the 17th and 18th to finalize the public offering price, followed by general subscription on the 24th and 25th. NH Investment & Securities is the lead underwriter.
◆Inventage Lab= Inventage Lab's public offering price was set at 12,000 KRW, lower than the lower end of the desired price. The demand forecasting competition rate among institutional investors was 14.4 to 1. Inventage Lab plans to receive general investor subscriptions until the 14th and list on the KOSDAQ on the 22nd of the same month. The lead underwriter is Korea Investment & Securities.
Established in 2015, Inventage Lab is a company developing drug delivery system (DDS) platforms based on microfluidic technology and therapeutic agents applying this technology.
◆Femtron= Femtron set its public offering price at 8,000 KRW, lower than the lower end of the desired price. The demand forecasting competition rate among institutional investors was 129.06 to 1. Femtron's general public subscription will be held on the 15th and 16th. Hana Securities is the lead underwriter. The company will be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 24th.
Established in 2002, Femtron develops and supplies inspection equipment for electronic product assembly processes based on 3D precision measurement and inspection technology. Its main products include ▲SMT (Surface Mount Technology) ▲semiconductor packages and wafers ▲3D inspection equipment for secondary batteries.
