[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Jin-hyung] The Gwangju Northern Fire Station announced on the 8th that it conducted a second half team-based firefighting tactics training evaluation for on-site personnel to establish a disaster site command system and strengthen on-site response capabilities.
The firefighting tactics training evaluation is conducted twice a year, in the first and second halves, targeting fire suppression, rescue, and emergency medical personnel to ensure rapid and efficient on-site activities at various disaster scenes.
Accordingly, the Northern Fire Station conducted individual tactical evaluations in the first half to improve individual on-site response capabilities, and in the second half, it promoted team-based tactical evaluations aimed at enhancing teamwork by quickly and accurately accomplishing assigned goals and missions as a team.
The second half firefighting and rescue tactical training evaluation items included the four-person fire suppression method (hose deployment, fire suppression, ladder deployment, and other disaster site response techniques) and traffic accident life rescue methods. Each field was evaluated based on individual task proficiency and skill mastery according to evaluation items, as well as teamwork among personnel, using a detailed evaluation sheet.
