This forum took “Utilization of Cloud in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” as its theme.
Artificial intelligence is a technology in which machines learn through experience and adjust existing knowledge according to new input to perform tasks in a human-like manner. The solution that can operate this comprehensively is the cloud.
Park Dong-hyuk, CEO of Able Cloud Co., Ltd., who gave the keynote presentation, explained various cases such as cloud utilization in the AI era, big data, and deep learning.
CEO Park Dong-hyuk, who holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from Korea University, is active as a customs office EA expert, developer of domestic cloud HCI, and cloud virtualization consultant.
Excellent technologies were also introduced. Lee Min, director of SM Software, introduced the development and demonstration project of a smart AI elderly care system based on voice recognition technology.
CEO Park said, “Cloud is divided into public and private clouds depending on where data is stored. We develop each as a solution and provide customized services to companies that need them,” adding, “We are helping stable cloud transition by providing Able Stack, including distributed storage, network, and servers, amid the rapidly changing IT environment.”
Furthermore, with the launch of the turnkey cloud domestic HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure) 'Able Stack' by the cloud-specialized company Able Cloud, 2023 is set as the inaugural year to newly leap forward as a representative 'cloud platform specialized company' in Korea.
Kim Myung-sul, chairman of the Gwangju-Jeonnam Venture Business Association, said, “Non-face-to-face, online, and digital transformation have become important keywords leading the future era,” and added, “As the saying goes, crisis is opportunity; if we arm ourselves with a digital mindset, we can pioneer new markets.”
