[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Seo Kyung-bae, chairman of Amorepacific Group, is stepping down from managing subsidiaries to focus more on the group's business.
On the 28th, Etude, Innisfree, and Amos Professional announced that Chairman Seo has resigned from his position as an inside director.
Chairman Seo was registered as an inside director at Etude and Innisfree in 2013. He decided not to participate in management after this term ends. In the case of Amos Professional, although his term remains, he is resigning early.
