Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry Announces Winners of the '2022 Changwon Business Awards'

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Jonggu Song] The Changwon Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Gyeongnam has finalized the recipients of the '2022 Changwon Commerce and Industry Awards' and will hold the award ceremony on November 11th at 6 PM in the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Grand Mercure Ambassador.
The Changwon Commerce and Industry Awards are divided into the mid-sized and large enterprises category and the small and medium enterprises category, with awards given in the fields of management, technology, labor, and regional contribution. To ensure fair selection of recipients, the final decisions were made through a review committee composed of external members.
This year’s mid-sized and large enterprise awardees are ▲ Management Award Grand Prize: CEO of SeAH Changwon Special Steel ▲ Technology Award: Byungjun Park, Manager at K Shipbuilding ▲ Labor Award: Jungik Jang, Manager at Hanwha Changwon Plant ▲ Regional Contribution Award: Gyeongnam Energy.
The small and medium enterprise awardees are ▲ Management Award: CEO Taehwan Choi of Taejin Heavy Industries ▲ Technology Award: CEO Wooyoung Jung of Hanseong S&I ▲ Labor Award: Aeri Seo, Manager at Youngjin Plastic ▲ Regional Contribution Award: Ubitec.
Individual awardees will receive a bronze trophy crafted by sculptor Jaebong Byeon and a pure gold medal as a prize.
