An Item to Support Long-Term Dieting
Don't Give Up on Your Diet Just Because Winter Has Come!
When summer passes and winter comes, dieting naturally comes to a halt. It’s an opportunity to hide my body under thick clothes. I have lived like this for nn years, but I decided to change starting this winter. I vowed not to stop dieting even in winter. It’s not just for beauty purposes; since I started exercising, I have discovered the joy of working out, and the sense of accomplishment and stress relief after exercising are perfect. So, let me introduce the items that will accompany me this winter. I have gathered items that I want to introduce at least once to those dieting for beauty and those solely for health. Let’s get started.
Baked Eggs
This might seem random, but the editor is not fond of eggs. Especially boiled eggs, which I find dry, are something I usually avoid, but strangely, I really like smoked eggs, that is, baked eggs. After deciding to diet, I ordered 2 packs (60 eggs) to try, and wow! They were so moist and delicious! I used to think jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) was the best for baked eggs, but they are great as a substitute for chicken breast, which is dry and even microwave cooking is bothersome. They are good as a snack when hungry and perfect for replenishing protein after exercise. I worried, “When will I finish all 60 eggs?” but eating two eggs every evening after working out made them disappear quickly.
Pepsi Zero Sugar Lime
Eggs go well with soda, right? Among the continuous releases of zero-calorie products, the zero item that captured the editor’s heart is Pepsi Cola Lime. One advantage is that it comes in various sizes, offering a wide range of choices. However, since there was some controversy over PET bottles, I recommend choosing cans. If 500ml or the tall can feels a bit much, there is a good option of 210ml. Generally, I thought zero colas have a stronger artificial sweetness compared to the original, but the lime scent and flavor at the end enhance the freshness. The dryness of the eggs disappears with the fizzy cola, so don’t miss the chance to enjoy the refreshing feeling after exercise!
Cup Noodles Ros? & Jjajang Flavors
“If you eat the amount of Cup Noodles instead of regular ramen, the calories would be lower.” Many people would agree with this. No, honestly, I boldly declare that everyone will agree. The famous diet ramen Cup Noodles has released new Ros? and Jjajang flavors, bringing good news to dieters. I happily went to the convenience store to buy and try the new Cup Noodles, and the taste is fantastic. The small portion is still a downside, but the flavors of Ros? and Jjajang are very well preserved. Especially the Ros? flavor, which adds gochujang (Korean chili paste) to the cream sauce for a spicy kick, will definitely appeal to those who like spicy food. The Jjajang flavor is very similar to Chapagetti. Since it’s winter, warm soup dishes are nice, but for dieters, if it tastes good, that’s all that matters.
