According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 22nd, rain is expected to start in the early morning in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon and expand to the northern eastern coast of North Gyeongsang Province during the day. The expected precipitation is 5 to 20 mm. The rain is expected to stop overnight. Morning low temperatures are forecast to be between 6 and 14 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 14 and 22 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will range from 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions. However, the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and North Jeolla Province are expected to experience temporarily 'Unhealthy' levels in the morning.

Strong winds and high waves are expected in the distant seas of the East Sea and south of Jeju Island, so vessels engaged in navigation or fishing should prepare for safety accidents. Wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the near sea of the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the near sea of the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the near sea of the South Sea. In the outer sea (distant sea within approximately 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 1.0 to 3.0 meters in the East and West Seas, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea.
