Hwasun-gun Opens Applications for 'Construction Machinery Engine Replacement Support Project' Starting from the 24th
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyuk-jun] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Bok-gyu) announced on the 21st that it will additionally accept applications for the construction machinery engine replacement support project starting from the 24th.
Applications and related documents for the engine replacement support project aimed at reducing fine dust and improving air quality can be submitted by visiting the Environmental Division of the county office.
The support targets forklifts and excavators equipped with engines subject to emission regulations before 2004 (Tier-1 or lower).
Additionally, the registered place of use must be registered in the county as of the announcement date, and there must be no record of attaching emission reduction devices or converting to low-emission engines with government subsidy support.
The support amount will be fully covered without any personal contribution.
If selected for the project and the engine is replaced, a mandatory operation period of at least two years must be observed, and failure to comply may result in the recovery of the subsidy according to the refund rate based on the usage period.
