The range of products available for consultation at the dedicated call center includes children's insurance, children's indemnity insurance, and children's dental insurance. Customers can select child insurance-related options via voice ARS or the visible digital ARS screen to receive consultation.
Consultations are conducted through ARS, covering not only basic product inquiries but also compensation-related matters.
Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance explained that with the launch of the dedicated call center for child insurance, the digital ARS screen has been newly reorganized by insurance type, allowing customers to intuitively select products and receive consultations.
