This program selects participants by accepting applications from public healthcare workers such as nurses, nursing assistants, and patient transport staff working at public medical institutions nationwide, including national hospitals, through non-governmental organizations (NGOs). The program consists of customized cultural and artistic performances. Participants can choose one from concerts, plays, or art exhibitions, and will receive two tickets for the selected event.
