The letter contained Gochang County's firm commitment to attracting advanced future industries such as automobile and semiconductor parts industries, as well as eco-friendly ESG companies.

It also included a promise to provide proactive, customized administrative services tailored to each company, such as changing the types of industries attracted according to the actual demand of users.

The Gochang General Industrial Complex is directly connected to Namgochang IC, making smooth logistics transportation via the Seohaean Expressway and Honam Expressway its greatest strength.

Additionally, for a safe and pleasant corporate environment, underground wiring, fine dust blocking forests, and a complex cultural and sports center have been established, and it is evaluated to have a competitive advantage in sale prices compared to neighboring areas with competitively priced lots nationwide.

Furthermore, through specialized high schools in Gochang such as Gangho Aviation High School and Yeongseon High School, customized manpower optimized for the automobile and aircraft parts industries can be provided.
