CEO Commemorative Speech on the 98th Anniversary of the Founding
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Kim Yoon, Chairman of Samyang Group, presented a vision to "leap forward as a global specialty solutions company" on the occasion of the company's 98th anniversary.
In a commemorative address posted on the company's internal network on the 29th, ahead of Samyang Group's founding anniversary on the 1st of next month, Chairman Kim said, "Although the challenging business environment continues, we must not stop our efforts for the future."
Chairman Kim emphasized, "The core of preparing for the upcoming 100th anniversary is to shift the business portfolio to a future-oriented focus," and urged, "Let all employees unite their strength to wisely overcome the difficult situation."
He pledged to achieve 'Vision 2025,' which centers on actively expanding into overseas markets based on specialty (high-functionality) materials used in health, eco-friendly, and advanced industries.
