Upon receiving the fire report, the fire authorities issued a Level 2 response and deployed 126 firefighters and 40 pieces of equipment to extinguish the fire. Level 2 response involves mobilizing personnel and equipment from 5 to 6 neighboring fire stations.

Due to the fire, 110 people including guests and staff in the nearby lodging building evacuated. It was confirmed that there were no external customers at the time of the fire as the outlet had not yet opened. The fire authorities are focusing on the possibility that an electric vehicle charging in the underground parking lot exploded and are investigating the detailed cause of the fire.
