Saewool Nuclear Power conducted a science field experience program for 16 fifth-grade students from Seosaeng Elementary School over two days on the 15th and 16th.
The field experience took place at the Goheung Naro Space Center Science Museum and Changwon Gyeongnam Robot Land, where students could experience robots. The program was designed to help them easily understand scientific principles and satisfy their curiosity.
Lee Sang-min, head of Saewool Nuclear Power Headquarters, said, “I hope local youth broaden their horizons through diverse experiences and that the field experience helps children develop scientific imagination.”

Saewool Nuclear Power plans to continue youth science field experience events until the end of October for 5th and 6th-grade students from nearby schools such as Seongdong Elementary School, Seosaeng Elementary School, and Myeongsan Elementary School. Additionally, various programs such as operating the Atom Engineering Classroom are being implemented to nurture scientific talents.
