'Invitation to the One Book Three Colors Performances' ... Busan Citizen Library Presents 3 Plays Based on One Book Original Works
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] The Busan Metropolitan City Library will hold the event "Invitation to One Book Three Colors Performances" for about 300 children and Busan citizens at 3 PM for three days starting from September 29 at the Busan Student Education and Culture Center Auditorium.
This event will feature three plays based on the 2022 One Book selections.
A professional performance production company from Busan will participate to present high-quality performances tailored to the target audience of the books.
The 2022 One Book selections include three titles: for children, "Everyone Smiles at the Funeral"; for youth, "Pilgrimage House"; and for general readers, "Uncomfortable Convenience Store."
Those wishing to attend can apply through the City Library website starting September 16.

Cheon Jeongsuk, director of the City Library, said, "The performances were held online for the past two years due to COVID-19, but this year we will welcome the audience in person," adding, "We hope many citizens will attend and enjoy a different kind of pleasure from the original works."
