[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Sehee] A man in his 40s who attempted to strangle his wife to death was arrested by the police.
On the 14th, the Suseo Police Station in Seoul announced that at around 2:50 a.m. that day, they arrested a man in his 40s, Mr. A, at a house in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on charges of attempted murder. Mr. A is accused of attempting to strangle his wife, Ms. B, to death at their home that day.
Ms. B was taken to the hospital and is currently reported to be in stable condition.
