Jin Air Selects 'Always with Customers, JIN Air' as Slogan
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Jin Air announced on the 8th that it has selected a slogan embodying its core values and vision as part of strengthening customer-centric management.
The slogan, chosen through an internal contest and preference survey among employees, is "Always with Customers, JIN Air." The new slogan reflects the commitment of all employees to use customer benefit enhancement as a standard for their work and to continuously improve on their own.
Jin Air is accelerating its final preparations to obtain the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification from the Fair Trade Commission by the second half of this year. Since the proclamation ceremony in May expressing its commitment to CCM, Jin Air has been strengthening its CCM system by assigning CCM roles and responsibilities to each department, including appointing a Chief Customer Officer (CCO), establishing service KPIs, operating a service improvement committee, and enacting a CCM manual.
Jin Air stated, "Through the introduction of consumer-centered management, all employees will do their best to grow into a company that faithfully adheres to basics and principles and communicates with customers."

CCM is a nationally certified system that evaluates whether a company organizes all its management activities around consumers to protect consumer rights and continuously improve. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified biennially by the Fair Trade Commission.
