[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Hanse Industrial announced on the 7th that it will recruit new employees for the second half of 2022 and regional experts for overseas subsidiaries.
The recruitment fields include general management support and IT at Hanse Industrial headquarters, as well as regional experts for overseas subsidiaries such as IT, Guatemala, and Vietnam. Eligibility for the headquarters management support position requires graduation from a domestic or international four-year university or expected graduation by February 2023, with no restriction on major. For IT positions, candidates must have graduated from an IT-related department, and those holding IT-related certifications are preferred.
Regional experts for overseas locations will be dispatched to the respective regions after an internship period at the headquarters, so candidates must be able to work in each region after joining. Common requirements include possessing official English language proficiency scores, having no disqualifications for overseas business trips or work, and being able to start employment in November this year.
Applications can be submitted through Hanse Industrial’s official website by 5 PM (Korea Standard Time) on the 18th. Those who pass the document screening will undergo aptitude tests, first and second interviews, and the ‘Hanse TEST’ to assess company understanding. Final acceptance will be determined after a medical examination and final interview. Outstanding interns after the six-month internship period will be converted to full-time employees.
